The Herramienta de Capacidades de DHL allows users to check DHL’s shipping services, delivery times, and available options for different destinations. It helps businesses and customers find the most efficient shipping solutions based on their needs.

Cómo utilizar la herramienta

1. Introducir datos del remitente

Rellene la sección del remitente con los siguientes datos:

• Origin Country/Region: North Macedonia (MK)
• Origin Zip Code: 7500
• Origin City: Prilep

2. Establezca la fecha de envío

• Select the next working day (Monday to Friday) as the shipping date.

3. Introducir detalles del envío

Utilice las siguientes medidas y valores de muestra (no afectan a la fecha de envío):

• Weight: 2kg
• Length: 61cm
• Width: 15cm
• Height: 15cm
• Declared Value: 600 MKD

4. Fill in Your Details & Search

• Introduzca los datos del destinatario.
• Click Search to generate the available shipping options.

5. Revisar los resultados del envío

En la parte inferior de la página, verás las opciones de envío disponibles y los detalles.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Saturday delivery is available for an extra charge. If you need a Saturday delivery, please contact us for pricing before placing your order.
• Delivery before 12:00 PM – If this option is unavailable in the DHL Express Capability Tool, do not select it at checkout. If you mistakenly choose it and it’s not available, we will either refund the amount or offer you a discount on your next order.
